Winchester Model 1876 lever action rifle, .40-60 cal., 28" round barrel, full magazine, crescent butt, #48136. The rifle remains in original good condition, showing traces of blue mixed with an even patina. There issome scattered light erosion and pinprick peppering which is minor; the barrel address is good, the markings fully visible, there is some bright blue beneath the sight and visible where protected. The stocks are good to very good with some dings, mars, a couple of gouges, normal frontier-type age. Approx 50% varnish on butt stock with tight and proud wood to metal fit. The folding rear sight is marked 1876, the front sight bladeis a period frontier type replacement; the loading gate shows most of its original blue the action is good and tight, the bore is bright and at least very good. A good rifle with honest use. Est.: $2,000-$4,000Confirmed by factory letter.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
