rifle with 28" round barrel and full magazine. A nice original gun manufactured in 1881 showing a pleasing gray brown patina overall with visible blue in protected areas of bottom barrel and magazine. The receiver with light scattered pinprick pitting, gray brown in color, hammer and lever with trace color of case hardening. Original straight grain walnut stocks are in good condition with small chip to right side butt stock at the tang. Tang has been drilled and tapped for sight, original crescent trapdoor buttplate is intact. Smooth action with fair to good bore and strong rifling. No FFL required.
