Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle, .44 WCF cal., 28” octagon barrel, blue finish, set trigger, wood stocks, #69339. This rifle is in overall good + condition showing a dark uncleaned brown patina with scattered areas of erosion and pin prick pitting; several more moderate points of erosion on the left side plate; bore is overall good with a couple of areas of pitting that may clean; crisp action, very good markings, set trigger is present but needs adjustment; wood stocks are overall good with scattered nicks, mars and scratches, primarily on the butt stock. Factory letter confirms configuration of this gun and notes it was shipped from the warehouse on July 19, 1881 to order number 26781. Est.: $2,500-$5,000.
