Very fine. The musket retains 80% of the original blue finish with some scattered thinning , some edge wear, and a few areas of minor oxidation and gray patina on the receiver. The hammer retains 50% original case colors and the lever has a smooth mottled gray patina with healthy amounts of original case colors in protected areas. The buttplate retains much of the faded original case colors with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The wood is very fine with a moderate gouge on the right front of the forearm, and overall scattered minor dings and dents. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is fine.
