Billiards player (1887-1959) considered the best player in first half of the 20th century. Vintage glossy photo, trimmed to a size of 6.75 x 9, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint “To Lt. Gunner Jim Wiggins, Best wishes, William Hoppe 4-3-58.” In very good condition, with aforementioned trimming, scattered creasing, and light overall skipping to signature and inscription.
