IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices publication from July 1976, 8.5 x 11, 23 pages, featuring Shockley’s article entitled ‘The Path to the Conception of the Junction Transistor,’ signed and inscribed on the front cover in black ballpoint, “To Perry Pearson, Good luck with your projects, W=Shockley, 25 Feb. 77.” In fine condition.
