Inscribed "October 23 1988, Lyrical by William Scott" on reverse. Mariana Hill,
born 1941 in California, was a film actress and appeared in `character’ parts in
many movies in the 1960s and 1970s. She was a tutor at the Lee Strasberg Studio
in London from the 1980s to 1996, where it is believed she met the artist. . She
currently teaches at the Method Studio in London.
