Johnson</B></I></B></I> (Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1964), fourth printing, 273 pages, orange-cloth binding with gold lettering, 8vo (8.5” x 5.5”), dust jacket (in protective cover). The half-title page includes an inscription and signature most probably written by Johnson’s secretary: <I>“To Dorothea Burns-with best wishes, Lyndon B Johnson”</B></I>.
