Warren, chairman of the Republican State committee in New York City. In full: “I have your favor of july [sic] 22nd inviting me to make some speeches in your state. I donot [sic] see how it is possible for me to leave our own State, until after the October election. After that, if you think best I might spend some time with you. We are looking to New York hopefully.” In fine condition, with a torn upper left corner, scattered creasing, intersecting mailing folds, and scattered light toning.
