Rennick “Collector of Internal Revenue for the Fifth District of Illinois.” Signed at the conclusion by McKinley and countersigned by Secretary of Treasury, Lyman J. Gage. Light, scattered surface creasing, a uniform shade of toning with areas of heavier toning along the edges, a few small areas of spotting, and slight paper loss towards the top right corner, otherwise fine condition. Blue seal vibrant and intact.
