<B>William McKinley and Miscellaneous Congressmen's Signatures.</B></I> This lot consists of a 4.75” x 7” leaf of notepaper on which William McKinley and three fellow members of Congress - J. N. Hungerford, G.A. Bagley and M.S. Brewer have boldly signed their names. The leaf has been tipped into a paper folder and all signatures are in fine condition though McKinley's has just a small area of smearing on the “<I>Jr</B></I>”.
