William McKinley: A Most Unusual Large, Vibrant Celluloid "Sound Money Association" Pin from the 1896 or 1900 campaign. A 1¼" center celluloid is surrounded by a raised cloth covered red, white, and blue border. This is set into the center of a 2½" celluloid disc bearing the slogan in gilt lettering "Business Men's Republican and Sound Money Association." The outer border is formed of crimped cloth American flags. We have never seen a badge constructed in this style before. Condition is choice but for a little wear on the raised cloth border around "Chief of Aides". Original straight pin on reverse. Great color and display appeal. Diameter 3 5/8".

Shipping: Small Flat (view shipping information)
