<B>William Jennings Bryan Typed Letter Signed</B></I> "<I>W. J. Bryan</B></I>". One page, 8.5" x 5.5", on <I>The Commoner</B></I> letterhead, Lincoln, Nebraska, January 27, 1902, to J. A. Edgerton, Denver, with mounting remnants on the verso, slightly toned, with the usual fold creases, else near fine. Following his defeat in the Presidential election of 1900, Bryan founded a weekly magazine, <I>The Commoner</B></I> to expand on his various political philosophies.
