<B>William Jennings Bryan: Classic "16 to 1" Portrait Button.</B></I> This scarce and colorful variety has always been a collector favorite. Bryan's face is superimposed over a clock face on which the time reads 16 minutes before 1 o'clock. This refers of course to the silver to gold ratio advocated by Bryan's supporters. Centering, often a problem on this item, is excellent, as is the overall condition. Two very minor slight celluloid separations along the collet at 7:00 and 8:30 detract minimally.
