<B>William Jennings Bryan Autograph Group,</B></I> as follows:<BR><B>Autograph card,</B></I> 4.25" x 2.75, reading "<I>W. J. Bryan</B></I>". Excellent large signature suitable for framing. Glue residue on verso from old album mounting, else bold and very fine condition.<BR><B>Autograph Letter Signed,</B></I> "<I>W. J. Bryan</B></I>", two pages on business letterhead, 5.75" x 9.5", Jacksonville, Illinois, May 6, 1886, to John C. Black, Commissioner of Pensions, Washington, D.C. Folds, small area of loss to corner on first page, fine condition. This routine letter concerning a veteran's pension claim was written during the earliest phase of Bryan's professional life when he was but a green 25 year-old country lawyer.<BR><B>Autograph Note Signed,</B></I> "<I>W.J. Bryan</B></I>", one page on U.S. House of Representatives memo sheet, 4" x 8.5", Washington, D. C., January 11, 1892. Bryan, as a young congressman from Nebraska, writes to the Secretary of the Interior on behalf of a constituent wanting a copy of the "<I>Legislative Blue Bk</B></I>". Excellent condition.<BR><B>Typed Letter Signed,</B></I> "<I>W. J. Bryan</B></I>", one page on personal letterhead, 5.5" x 8.5", Miami, Florida, February 17, 1922 to Prof. William Craig, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This rather cryptic letter reads: "I shall not be in Philadelphia on the sixth but shall be pleased to see you on the fifth and we can then talk about further arrangements." Folds, small smear to signature. Very fine condition.
