As President of the Hudson & Manhattan Railroad, McAdoo was responsible for the completion of the first Hudson River tunnel connecting New York and New Jersey. He was Secretary of the Treasury under Wilson, and first chairman of the Federal Reserve Board.Signed Card. 3 3/4" x 3 1/4". "W. G. McAdoo, December 1923". Excellent.
