A certificate for five shares of stock in the American Merchants Union Express Company issued to Hawley & Cady, signed at the bottom by Wells as president of the company. Double matted and framed to an overall size of 17.25 x 14.5. A couple light vertical creases, one through a single letter of signature, stamp and cancellation hole to body, and some scattered toning from writing on reverse, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
