William Elkins. DS. 1pp. 10 3/4" x 7". New York. 1892. A "Twenty Third Street Railway Company" stock signed by William Elkins as president. Top center engraving of two allegorical women. Lightly punch cancelled, including through the dark signature, but in fine condition overall. Light glue stains to the left edge affect little.
