William L. Elkins. DS. 1pp. 10 3/4" x 7". New York. June 14th 1892. A Twenty Third Street Railway Company stock certificate for five shares signed by William L. Elkins as president. There is an attractive engraving at the top center of two women. Stamp and punch cancelled, including a few small holes through Elkins' dark signature; it is in very fine condition overall.
