In part: “If at all possible, I will get over to the theatre early tomorrow night to be with Mrs. Davis, yourself, and Kate Condon. I take this occasion to wish you and yours a very happy and prosperous new year.” Accompanied by a pre-printed Christmas wish on a 5.25 x 3 off-white card. In fine condition. RRAuction COA.
