<B>Will Eisner - The Spirit Section, "Escape," page 6 Original Art, dated 4-13-47 (Des Moines Register and Tribune Syndicate, 1947). </B></I> Poor misguided youth -- larcenous Lifty takes the fall for Cracker Barrel in this moody yarn and the Spirit is featured in six of the panels from page 6 of "Escape." The <I>Spirit Section </B></I>was a unique hybrid, both a syndicated strip and a comic book and no great collection of original comic book art could be considered complete without a Will Eisner piece.
