<B>Wilhelmina, Queen of the Netherlands, Document Signed,</B></I> four integral pages written on pages one and two, 8.5" x 13", Het Loo, July 8, 1908, in Dutch. Holes on the left edge where it was removed from a binding, toning, and folds, else very good. Sold with a postal card featuring Wilhelmina. The document is addressed to General Miguel R. Davila congratulating him on his election as the president of the Republic of Honduras.
