Shaw responds to a collector’s request. In part: “I am sorry, but the terrific schedule of drivers and everyone connected with the 500-Mile Race at this time, makes it impossible to obtain autographs. If you will send us your autograph book next year by May 1st, we will do our best to help you at that time.” In fine condition, with a mild shade of toning, two punch holes to left edge, and typed collector’s notation to top right.
