Item #1 of 2: Taylor & Williams ( cu ) / Whiskey / Louisville, KY. // Light ,sun colored amethyst, eastern whiskey bottle. 12 1/2" tall, narrow band, tooled top. Bulbous shoulder, that tapers smaller in the body. Dug specimen, with a 1 1/4" front base scratch that needs to be buffed off. Overall light haze, but no form of damage. Item # 2 of 2: " Planet " ( cu ) // 18/ Motif within circle: half moon, facing left / 75/ Sour Mash ( cd ) / Fred. Westheimer & sons. ( ad) //Base embossed : WB ( Joined together ) //Light , sun colored amethyst. 10 1/2" tall, square collar top, tooled lip. Reverse : " 1" top end opened, horse shoe space for label, like a punch back. Dug specimen, with a 5 " area of side scratching, and a 1/8" lip flake. If tumbled, would be mint . But, here is the strange part. The bottle is shaped like an olive oil bottle , What ? I have never seen a whisky , in that shape, in 46 years , have you ? A nice pair, of strange looking bottles .
