Gerber calls the issue "scarce." Craig Carter, who's on the cover, was one of only two characters to appear in both issues of the book. By the way, CGC notes "Speed Centaur and Speed Saunders begin" -- the latter name should be Speed <I>Silvers</B></I>, as Mr. Saunders was backing up Batman in the pages of <B>Detective</B></I>! This issue's cover art bears the signature "Robin" (i.e. Ed Robbins). Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $2,200.
