Kelly lists an uncut sheet in his census data. The likelihood that this sheet has been cut is very great. Most every note grades <B>Choice Crisp Uncirculated</B></I> with the only exception the "F" plate note which has suffered a corner fold into the design. The Cashier has signed in pen while the President's signature is stamped in purple.
