Heavily beaded, large tobacco bag with geometric and cross designs. The beadwork continues up the sides and around the throat. Colors of pale blue, cobalt, translucent yellow, green and white-heart red over a white field, highlighted by some faceted metal beads. Quill-wrapped tassels decorate one side, and are finished in tin-cones stuffed with dyed horsehair. The bottom of the bag has quill-wrapped slats, dyed red with remnants of yellow and green. Fringe is attached to the bottom. Circa 1880. Metal wall stand included.
