Wesley Richards Falling block single shot rook-rifle on Martini Henry type action in 2.97 x 2.50 cal., blue finish, checkered walnut stock, serial #8584. The gun shows a 25" round barrel, 3-leaf folding rear sight,finger latch detachable barrel for takedown; approximately 90-95% original blue finish remains. The stocks are good with some mars to the checkering, normal wear and aging, about 75% blue on the butt plate. The leverrelease shows 30-50% case hardening. The action good, bore good to very good. The left side of the frame shows Wesley Richards & Co., London and also marked on the barrel with detachable barrel marking. A very nicelittle gun by a well recognized London maker. Est.: $750-$1,500

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
