Stillwell, in part: “I am glad to know of your interest in my book, ‘One World.’ I do not know if I will be seeing Madame Chiang Kai-Shek again, and so suggest that you write directly to her”; and a vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 Halsman of New York photo of Wilkie, signed and inscribed in white ink, “To Theodore Stillwell, with kindest regards, Wendell Willkie.” In overall very good to fine condition, with small stains to the letter, and old tape in the bottom border of the photo.
