<B>Weird Science #22 Gaines File pedigree 4/11 (EC, 1953) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white to white pages.</B></I> This last issue (before the series was combined with its sister title to become <B>Weird Science-Fantasy</B></I>) was perhaps the best. Beginning with a wild Wally Wood cover, with an alien creature in the "Blob" tradition, and ending with Wood's classic "My World" story, narrated by the artist himself, this one really packs in a lot for your 1953 dime. Also featured is art by Al Williamson (with help from Frank Frazetta and Roy Krenkel), George Evans, and Joe Orlando. Beautiful stuff, in a lovely pedigreed copy that currently tops the CGC charts - does it get any better? Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $710.
