Weatherby Mark V bolt action rifle, Limited Edition Licensed Commemorative 1 of 1,000 rifle of the 1984 Olympic Games, .257 WBY. Mag. cal., 24” barrel, blue finish, deluxe checkered wood stock with Weatherby hard rubber butt pad, #OL-0098 in overall fine condition, slightly used, showing the majority of its original finish, crisp action, very good to fine bore, sharp markings, fine wood stock with beautiful graining and seal of the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Committee on the right side of the butt stock; mounted with a Nikon adjustable scope with sharp optics and contained in a lined suitcase style hardcase with tooled leather sling. Consignor states this rifle is deadly accurate (see Weatherby test target in case) and noted it was used to kill a Boone and Crockett rated Sheep. Est.: $900-$1,800.
