1. We will ship to Canada, USA, Europe.
2. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Bidders should be aware of the size and weight restrictions in place by Canada Post.
3. A $10 minimum packing fee for each tracked parcel will be applied to shipping total in addition to Canada Post's rate. Untracked letter mail will be subject to a $5-$8 packing fee.
4. Receipts will be sent to the email address on file for each bidder.

7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.

Please note that "ABSENTEE" or "PROXY" bids take priority over live bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the proxy bidder in all situations.
