A monumental and very ornate ice water server with hand painted porcelain pitcher insert set in ornate silver plate with two matching engraved goblets and waste bowl that sit on their own pedistals. The spout is a dolphin head and there is a full figured woman on each side of the frame. There is also a ladies head on each side of the handle. This piece is exceptional and very rare in its total form. These pieces were called "tippers" because the pitcher will tip in the frame to dispense water.
