P-4, Medlar UNL, Olson - 60 <BR> The second capital of the Provisional Government, originally called Washington, as "on-the-Brazos" became attached after the American Civil War. General Sam Houston's headquarters were established here in December 1835, as the town was already a supply point. This <B>Extremely Fine</B></I> warrant was issued to James M. Adams on pink paper seven days prior to the fall of the Alamo, and also happens to be a Leap Year Day.
