Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 17.75 x 13, February 2, 1923. President Harding appoints Marion F. Boatwright to the position of Postmaster at Ashville, Alabama. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Wilson, and countersigned by Postmaster General Hubert Work. Document is affixed to a 19.5 x 15 piece of gold cardstock. In very good condition, with missing two corner tips, bisecting vertical fold, scattered staining, mostly to right side, affecting last name of signature.
