Fantastic matte-finish 6.75 x 9.75 photo of Harding in a cowboy hat taken by Harris & Ewing, boldly signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Joe Seligman, with good wishes. Sincerely yours, Warren G. Harding.” In fine condition. Seligman worked for Harris & Ewing studio and, on June 12, 1921, was elected secretary-treasurer of the newly founded White House News Photographers Association. President Harding was the first president to invite press photographers inside the White House. An uncommon candid image of the president with a nice photographic association.
