Harding</B></I>". 7.75" x 2.75", February 6, 1903, with notary seal in blind, a printed proof of publication for a notice which ran for three weeks in Harding's newspaper <I>The Marion Star.</B></I> Before Harding's rise to president of the United States he enjoyed a successful newspaper career. He took the ailing <I>Marion Star</B></I> and brought the paper back to profitability. This is a bold and bright Harding signature in very good condition. Comes with a 7.75” x 10.5” portrait of Harding clipped from a souvenir program of the Conference on Limitation of Armament, in very good condition. <I>Ex. Henry E.
