This is an excellent Warners Arms Corporation “The Infallible” model semi-automatic pistol in 32 ACP. The Warner Arms Corp was established in Brooklyn in the early 1900s to import the Schwarzlose pistol from Germany. When importation of the Schwarzlose ceased, Warner Arms began manufacturing the Infallible about 1914. In 1917 Warner merged and became Davis-Warner Arms Co. In 1919 operations ceased and pistols manufactured by Davis-Warner were called “Infallible” without “The”. Though never popular, the pistol is becoming a valued collector’s item. This is a first model pre-merger manufactured from 1914 to 1916 and has a wonderful “WAC Blocks The Sear” embossed logo. The Infallible pistol was also a American Military pre-WWI and WWI issue pistol. Unusual design by Andrew Fyrberg of Worcester, Mass., who sold his patents to the Warner Arms Corp. of New York City, NY. Marked on the side, “The Infallible Warners Arms Corporation Norwich, Ct. U.S.A”. Serial Number of 6709. This has a 3 ¼ inch solid rib barrel. Curio & Relic requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background.
