<B>Wareham, MA- Wareham Bank</B></I> $50-$100 Jan. 1, 1862 Uncut Pair Proof<BR> This was a successful bank that became the National Bank of Wareham in 1865 with charter number 1440. All of the notes for this bank are listed in Haxby as SENC. This is an ABNCo proprietary proof. There is an approximate four inch tear just inside the top edge that has been repaired, and at both paper guide line markers there are small holes. The lower right corner has a penned "789-E3."
