1930's Walter Johnson Handwritten Signed Letter. The Big Train puts pen to paper in response to an autograph request, writing, "Dear Mr. Bohrer, Your letter came and I was glad to hear that you are interested in autographs, which gives you something to do, and that you have so many. Lots of Good luck, I am Sincerely Yours, Walter Johnson." The note is scripted on "Dr. Pepper Bottling Company" letterhead from Johnson's Washington D.C. hometown in black fountain pen ink that averages 7/10 in boldness. The page shows original mailing folds and has been relieved of the blank lower third of the page by the early collector. A neat ALS from the elite fast ball pitcher of the twentieth century's first half. LOA from PSA/DNA.
