Both are in Fine condition. At its peak, the Walter A. Wood Mowing & Reaping Machine Co. (1852-1924) was the largest farm machinery manufacturer in the world, its more than 2,000 employees turning out 20,000 pieces of equipment per month. The company was located on the Hoosic River, in a small Rensselaer County, New York, village called Hoosick Falls, northeast of Albany, between the Hudson River and southwest Vermont. (2)
