Disney, his brother Roy, and their wives “waive any and all rights provided by said Voting Trust Agreement for the purchase by us of said shares, rights and certificates hereinabove assigned to Sharon Mae Disney. We the said undersigned, hereby stipulate that we and each of us do not desire or elect to purchase our portion or any portion of the said shares and/or Trustee Certificates hereinabove assigned, sold and transferred to Sharon Mae Disney.” Signed at the conclusion “Walter E. Disney,” “Roy O. Disney,” “Lillian B. Disney,” “Edna F. Disney,” and “Gunther Lessing.” Archivally double matted and framed to an overall size of 16 x 20.25. In fine condition. Lessing was the Disney corporation’s first head of legal counsel and widely thought to be the attorney for the outlaw Pancho Villa.
