Walt Cunningham's flown sterling silver Apollo 7 Robbins medal, approximately measuring 1.25˝ x 1˝, featuring a raised design of the mission insignia on the face, and the reverse engraved with the mission's launch date, “Oct. 11, 1968," and serial number, “15.” Includes the original matching plastic case. Condition is mint state, with slight tarnishing.

Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed in black ink by Cunningham, in part: "This Apollo 7 medallion (Serial number 15) was carried on the 4,500,000 mile flight of Apollo 7, the first manned Apollo mission, October 11–22, 1968….This medallion has been part of my artifact collection since the Apollo 7 mission.” A very desirable low number flown Robbins medal from the mission that kick-started the Apollo program, carried by and deriving from the collection of the mission's LMP.
