This lot features a WWII USMC Ka-bar Knife with leather handle and sheath. The knife shows signs of wear and is marked USMC and on the reverse Ka-Bar Olean, N.Y. the leather sheath features the USMC seal. Ka-Bar is the contemporary popular name for the combat knife first adopted by the United States Marine Corps in November 1942 as the 1219C2 combat knife, and subsequently adopted by the United States Navy as the U.S. Navy utility knife, Mark 2. The overall condition of the set is good for its age. Measures: 12" L x 7" Blade length
