You are bidding on a Winchester Model 12 U.S. Riot Pump Action Shotgun from circa 1941. The World War II issued U.S. Riot shotgun features a 20" round barrel, straight grain walnut stock, takedown design, cross bolt safety, modified choke, and a blue'd finish. The Winchester Model 1912 (also commonly known as the Model 12, or M12) is an internal-hammer, pump-action, shotgun with an external tube magazine. The shotgun is in good condition, with some handling marks. The mechanics are smooth and tight. The barrel is marked "Made in New Haven Conn U.S. of America - Winchester Proof Steel - Winchester - Trade Mark - 2 3/4 Cham. - Model 12 - 12 Ga. - Cyl." The top of the barrel also has the flaming bomb and Winchester proof marks. The receiver is marked "U.S. and a Flaming Bomb proof mark." This shotgun was manufactured in 1941 dating it to a World War II issued riot gun. Serial Number: 930658. Curio & Relic firearm. FFL transfer or NICS background check required.
