The rifle has been fitted with an original WWII German grenade launcher (stamped "G Gr Ger / gct" with an eagle/WaA proof), mounted on the muzzle of the barrel with an original side mounted grenade launcher rear sight assembly (stamped "G Gr Ger / K 98 K" and "ch" with an eagle/WaA140). These sights were issued in large numbers, however they are very scarce today in any condition as most were destroyed after the war. A grenade launcher pouch is also included (stamped "jsc / 1942" with and an eagle/WaA14 proof). The rifle has a hooded inverted "V" front and tangent rear sight. Receiver ring marked "bnz" over a single rune SS Youth lightning bolt over "43" and left side marked with an eagle firing proof and left receiver wall is marked "Mod. 98". Matching numbers on receiver, bolt assembly, and trigger guard. Laminated stock and handguard with cupped buttplate. Grenade launcher pouch comes with a "GGr. Ger." marked adjusting wrench and is hand marked "Hetzer / II Zug" on the inside of flap. Complete with a leather sling and cleaning rod.
