Scarce identification card for a Polish female doctor practicing during the Third Reich named Halina Wolter, issued by the Health Department of Poland located in Krakow on 8.1. 1941, valid until 31.10. 1944. Wolter was permitted to work during the German occupation of Poland and survived the war, going on to write books on health subjects after the war. Identification has an attached picture of Wolter with her signature, 6.75 x 4.75 inches. One vertical fold, creasing, and old separation repaired with a piece of matching tape along spine.
