Adolf Hitler Original Pencil Sketch with a Signed Letter, a pencil sketch by Adolf Hitler in WWI on the Western Front, specifically the Flanders sector. Hitler was part of the Bavarian Reserve Infantry Regiment 16 and participated in many battles on the Western Front. The letter is from Hitler’s company sergeant, Max Amann and dated September 28, 1938. The letter translates to “My Fuhrer, By a publishing manager known to me, I got drawings of you in the January and February of 1916 on the Flanders Front. Fancy seeing these drawings from the courier post. For German Salvation, my Fuhrer, Max Amann”. The words "Gefreiter Adolf Hitler" are clear and legible on the bottom of the drawing.
