Adolf Hitler Original Pencil Sketch with a Signed Letter, a pencil sketch by Adolf Hitler in WWI on the Western Front, specifically the Flanders sector. Hitler was part of the Bavarian Reserve Infantry Regiment 16 and participated in many battles on the Western Front. The letter is from Hitler’s company sergeant, Max Amann and dated September 28, 1938. The letter translates to “My Fuhrer, By a publishing manager known to me, I got drawings of you in the January and February of 1916 on the Flanders Front. Fancy seeing these drawings from the courier post. For German Salvation, my Fuhrer, Max Amann”. The words "Gefreiter Adolf Hitler" are clear and legible on the bottom of the drawing. Signature on letter is clear and distinct, drawing is clear and visible, paper is slightly yellow from age. Very good condition. See lots 152-193 for more Adolf Hitler items. Donley Auctions will work with you to provide shipping. Shipper will contact you once items are paid for with a quote for shipping and handling. A signed FFL MUST be provided on ALL firearms regardless of vintage. As of 2019, all ammunition sold to CA residents must be shipped to an FFL. All items must be picked up from auction house within 5 days. Any item left over 5 days, will be charged $20 per day storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
If using your own shipper, please have your shipper contact us to arrange time and date of pickup. All items will be moved to an off site location after 5 days.

We work very hard for the consignor as well as the buyer. The auction moves fast between the auctioneer, the on site bids, and the live internet bids. Because of this, one little delay, or what we call 'hiccup' in the internet connection, can cause an online bid to be missed. We apologize if this happens, but it is sometimes inevitable. Please be aware of this when attending a Proxibid auction.
Due to the element of Third Party Auctions and the reliability/unreliability of technical issues, we reserve the right to end an auction early or extend an auction as we see fit. We value our customers, both buyers and sellers, and try very hard to ensure an exciting, smooth, successful auction! We are happy and willing to work with you under any circumstances.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Donley Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live or timed auction. Donley Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Proxibid feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Donley Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
