The chamber is dated 1939 and the Mauser code "42" on the toggle. "Eagle/655" and "eagle firing" proofs are present on the right barrel extension and barrel. Matching serial number on the front of the frame (with "x" suffix), left barrel extension, and barrel underside, with the partial serial number "04" on the takedown latch, side plate, sear, safety bar, thumb safety, extractor, toggle, and toggle link. Properly marked safety position and extractor. All blue finish with checkered grips and mismatched blue magazine with aluminum base. Complete with a black leather holster and extra mismatched magazine. The back of the holster is stamped "E.K.St. 1939" over an "eagle/WaA101" proof.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 97% original blue finish with the grip straps thinning to a brown, some minor thinning on the receiver and some minor edge wear. There is some minor muzzle wear with some minor pitting in that area. The grips are excellent with a few minor dings in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is good with extensive age cracking on the flap and some minor handling marks overall. The stitching is tight.
