A well used WWII German medical officer's visor cap with a sage green crown and dark green band all piped in cornflower blue. Gray zinc metal wreath and cap eagle. Interestingly the chin cord appears to be gold bullion. Black visor with a tan underside. Brown sweatband with a light rayon lining, There is a name tag under a small remaining piece of the sweat shield that reads "Willy Ramm". CONDITION: the cap is well worn but not damaged and seams to have been worn in the crusher style. The cap is dirty but free of significant moth damage. Sweat shield is nearly gone but a small piece holds in the owner's name. (02-24859/BF). NON-GUN. $300-500.
